* Once we have carried out routine checks and investigations and are able to diagnose the fault you will be advised as to whether the repair is worth carrying out based on the condition of the appliance and the cost of the repair.
If we carry out a visual inspection only and are able to diagnose the fault without carrying out routine checks and investigations, then the inspection charge will apply.
If you wish to proceed, we will charge you the fixed fee. This is a one off payment and covers up to two visits by the engineer (ie if a part has to be ordered, no additional charge will be made for returning to fit the part). The only additional cost is for the part(s) used. Note : separate charges apply to companies applying referral fees.
All repairs come with a three month guarantee.
